MetaVR Policy on End User Software License Agreement All MetaVR's software products include our standard software license and warranty agreement. Each unique installation of our software requires acceptance of this license agreement. MetaVR requires that the end-user acknowledge and confirm their acceptance of our license agreement by clicking the acceptance button during the software installation and during the initial use of the software on a particular computer system. MetaVR also requests that the current license and warranty agreement
be signed by an authorized representative of the buyer and that a counter-signed
copy is in place with both the buyer and MetaVR. If the software license
will be transferred to a legitimate third party from a transaction between
the buyer and MetaVR, the third party must acknowledge that they have
the right to enter into this agreement by clicking the acceptance button
