Button 6 of 6DOF Controllers: Display Help Text

By pressing the 6 button on a supported 6DOF controller (the F button on the SpaceOrb) you can display the complete mapping of VRSG virtual world viewing functionality to the controller's buttons. This help display is similar to VRSG's keyboard F1 help.
