MetaVR VRSG provides a portable virtual world on a state-of-the-art laptop personal computer.

This system provides high performance (1.1 million triangles @ 60 FPS) at 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution with a maximum network load of approximately 20,000 entities, yet it weighs less then ten pounds. This unit is optimal for on-the-road demonstrations and software development. You can even use multiple laptops as the out-the-window visuals for a portable simulator. With a ruggedized laptop GPS option users of MetaVR's Terrain Tools for ArcGIS can import NGA imagery and elevation data to construct a 3D virtual world and visualize their real-world location. This option enables users to fly through a 3D world based on satellite imagery and look ahead of their existing position.
